Lead and managethe day-to-day operational performance on each shift. You will manage our customer facing teams, driving forward ourCustomer is VIPfocus at every opportunity. Work closely with our service providers, airport and head office colleagues to ensurehigh standards of service . Support and develop your customer facing teams, including all aspects ofpeople management . Play a pivotal role as an ambassador of our safety-first culture, making sure your Team drive the culture through every aspect of their work. Work closely with your management colleagues to deliver an efficient and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes ourbrand values . This is avariedandfulfillingrole with people and operational responsibility and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve ourOn Time Performance ,SafetyandCustomer Satisfactiontargets. This role is available on a40 hour per week secondment basisand is available to ourGround Operationscolleagues. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requiresflexibilityto support our flight programme. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include working weekends and bank holidays. The successful candidate will already be demonstratingRole Modelbehaviours. With a proven track record of leadinglarge, customer facing teamsoperational in afast-paced, airline environment , you will have the ability to showflexibilityandforward thinkingin challenging operational situations.
