Pre-Construction Manager (Mechanical / Electrical)£55,000 - £65,000 (OTE £75K) + Bonus + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Pay and Role Progression + HybridOldhamAre you a Pre-Construction Manager, with a background in M&E, looking to step into a role where you can truly make your mark, for a rapidly growing organisation, where you will play a pivotal role in their ongoing success and development?Do you want to work for a well-established, rapidly growing, and highly regarded M&E Consultancy, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on new builds, fit-outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in a range of sectors from healthcare to logistics?The Role:Lead the pre-construction phase of M&E projects, ensuring all scope requirements are understood and effectively planned. Coordinate with design teams to assess buildability, materials, and cost-effectiveness of proposals. Manage project timelines and ensure all pre-construction activities are on track. Develop and manage cost plans, identifying and managing budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Oversee the preparation and submission of tender packages and proposals. Ensure smooth communication between clients, design teams, and project stakeholders.The Person:Previous experience in managing pre-construction activities for M&E projects. Strong understanding of the pre-construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
