We're looking for someone who can start immediately, with the role lasting up to 6 months. Position:Locksmith Support Advisor Location:Remote (Initial training at Wythenshawe office) Wage:Competitive/Negotiable (to be discussed during interview) Job Type:Temporary (6 Months) Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to our Mobile Locksmith Team and customers, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a friendly and efficient manner for a seamless service. Work remotely to assist our locksmiths in delivering their out-of-hours services to customers. Be highly self-motivated, capable of making quick decisions, working independently, and thriving under pressure. Excellent telephone communication skills and a strong passion for providing the highest level of customer service. Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet usage. Previous experience in a customer support role. Additional Information: This is a home-based position, with all necessary IT equipment provided. The role involves weekend and night shifts. While not mandatory, the following skills would be advantageous: Experience working remotely in an out of hours role Good geographical knowledge Familiarity with Microsoft Access and report management Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Comprehensive training will be provided, with initial sessions held at our central Locksmith Support Centre in Wythenshawe.
