Role summaryThis role is part of the Gateway team and is responsible for coordinating the transactions for all Export, Import movements and bond related stock and storage of artworks. Working closely with gallery services, Museum department, transport and storage teams this role will ensure a smooth transition with our clients for transport and storage of artworks.Your role in our mission:Co-ordination of Export, Import airfreight & roadfreight movements.Produce customs entries using Descartes e-Customs software.Assist in the application and implementation of the DEP & ETSF areas, including record management.Receive rates from airlines and work with colleagues on converting into orders.Creating airwaybills.Liaising with Customs to ensure shipments are customs cleared.Raising & discharging T1s.Organise and assist with Airside operations.Competently operate Crozier Fine Arts internal database system.
