EIT Engineering Team Leader | Norwich | Permanent Were looking for an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecommunications (EIT) Engineering Team Leader to join a leading offshore engineering firm, specialising in minimum facility fixed platforms (unmanned/wellhead/satellite installations).Youll lead multi-discipline engineering projects, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and regulation compliant EIT systems across all design phases, from concept through to commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Design and oversee electrical systems (solar PV, battery, LV/HV distribution, Ex-rated equipment)Develop control systems (WHCP, SIS, ESD, FGS) and instrumentation packagesAssist in telecoms design (SCADA, CCTV, VSAT, fibre, microwave)Manage EIT deliverables, interface across disciplines, and support construction/FAT/SATEnsure full compliance with IEC, DSEAR/ATEX, and other offshore regulationsMentor junior engineers and drive quality across the teamKey Skills and experience: Hands-on experience with engineering software (e.g., ETAP)Strong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesProficiency in hazardous area design and functional safety standardsCollaborative approach across structural, process, and mechanical disciplinesHND or equivalent in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (Essential) Degree-qualified, Chartered Engineer (Desirable)Benefits:Private Health InsuranceMatching Pension ContributionLife Cover (4x basic salary)25 Days Paid Annual Leave plus bank holidaysOption to Purchase Additional HolidaysTraining & Development with a commitment to CPDDiscounted Gym MembershipCycle to Work & Electric Car SchemesRetail Benefit SchemeIf you have the relevant experience for this role, and would like to know more information, please contact Kirsty on 01493 738276, or APPLY NOWJBRP1_UKTJ
