What Youll DoManage the daily operations of United ArtSpace so the business runs smoothly without constant CEO input.Lead the team (currently 3 core members + freelancers), keeping projects, launches, and key deliverables moving forward.Oversee marketing implementation social media, email campaigns, lead magnets, evergreen funnels.Track and report sales numbers, membership retention, marketing KPIs, and funnel performance.Manage launches from planning to execution including a major online summit project in 2025.Maintain and organise our project calendars and 90-day plans inside ClickUp.Meet weekly with the Founder to review metrics, bottlenecks, and top priorities.Support the CEO and team in reaching 2025 revenue goals through strong systems, leadership, and operational execution. ResponsibilitiesRun weekly team meetings and manage ClickUp project boards.Track CEO Scorecard metrics and submit monthly bottleneck reports.Set up simple landing pages, opt-ins, and automations (or manage freelancers if more complex).Oversee social media and email scheduling (content is managed by a Digital Marketing Assistant).Support content workflows (using ChatGPT/templates where needed) not full copywriting, but helping polish and publish.Maintain an organized internal library of SOPs, templates, and workflows.Coordinate summit and launch projects, ensuring deadlines and tasks are tracked and delivered.
