Maternity Cover: Account Manager 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Location: High Holborn, London (with regular travel across London)Were on the lookout for a fantastic Account Manager to join our lovely Dual Management team at Abbatt, covering a 12-month maternity leave.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with Area Manager experience in retail or hospitality especially if you're used to juggling multiple sites, leading people with energy and empathy, and delivering excellent service to both clients and internal teams. About the RoleAs part of our Dual Management division (our outsourced staffing solution for property managers), youll be the go-to person for managing on-site staff across multiple residential buildings in London. This includes recruitment, onboarding, ongoing support, employee relations, and client satisfaction.Youll be based at our office in High Holborn but will regularly visit sites to check in with your teams and meet clients face-to-face. Its a people-first role that blends HR, operations, account management and client services. What Youll Be DoingStaff & Site ManagementOversee staffing at multiple high-end residential propertiesRegular site visits to support staff and ensure high moraleLead recruitment, inductions, training, and appraisalsManage employee relations (with HR support) and retention strategiesConduct Health & Safety checks and ensure complianceClient Relationship ManagementBe the key point of contact for your client portfolioAttend service review meetings and produce performance reportsQuickly resolve any service issues and implement improvementsOperational & Project SupportImplement and manage new staffing contractsManaging rotas and ensuring sites are always covered, especially at peak holiday timesCollaborate with our internal recruitment teams to source talentSupport with temporary staffing needs as they ariseAssisting with Payroll and Invoicing Business Development & RepresentationRepresent Abbatt Dual Management at networking and client eventsPromote our Dual Management service to new and existing contacts What Were Looking ForPrevious multi-site people management experience ideally from a retail Area Manager or hospitality backgroundA natural relationship-builder with a passion for service excellenceComfortable working independently and managing your own scheduleSome understanding of HR processes, employee relations, or Health & Safety is helpful (but well train you!)Organised, confident, and a great communicatorKnowledge of scheduling or HR software would be beneficial What Youll Get in Return25 days annual leave + birthdays off + bank holidaysPrivate healthcare & EAPFlexible working hours (7.5-hour days, flexible between 8:30am 6pm)Season ticket loanGym membership contributionsRegular social events, monthly team drinks, and company partiesA genuinely warm and supportive team cultureInterested?
