Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager – YorkshireBrierley J are currently working with a leading conservation and restoration contractor who turnover £10 million with over 100 employees, they have low staff turnover and maintain a culture of promoting from within. They have worked on multiple prestigious projects across Yorkshire including Fountains Abbey, Harewood Castle and Ripon Cathedral.They are recruiting for a Maintenance Contracts Manager to manage their prestigious client’s maintenance programs. The role will be split between managing planned and reactive maintenance across historic buildings in Yorkshire and managing small works projects between £30k - £100K. The role will require someone to work closely with clients and customers to proposebuilding/conservationsolutions including the technical approach and methodology behind it. You will be producing all project H&S information, RAMs, method statements and COSSH assessments.
