The Company:A hyper growth e-learning solution providing a largely under-represented but critical solution.Already profitable and aiming to 3x their revenue in the coming 2 years!Strong brand presence and well recognised in their market place.Incredibly invested CEO that has carried a business through acquisition before. Weve hired for him multiple times previously!The Opportunity:Like sales prospecting but dont like cold calling? Keep reading, this is for you!Join as the premier SDR in this exciting and growing organisation. Succeed in this role and watch the team grow around you as you set yourself up to become the leader of the function!Focusing on lapsed or inactive customers (so not cold calling!) and aim to re-engage, resubscribe or grow the account opportunity. Secure new subscriptions or for larger opportunities youll book a demo for the BDM team!This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career whether you have leadership in mind, or are looking to grow into a sales closing role. Youll have the backing and support of a very engaged CEO with a successful background in SaaS sales!ResponsibilitiesContact and engage lapsed / inactive customers and look to re-engage them.Balance activity adequately between volume and quality to retain commercial value in sales pipelineSet appointments and follow up on leadsTrack progress towards meeting sales goalsUse customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesStay up-to-date on market trends, competition, product and industry developmentsProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to managementThe Ideal Candidate:2-3 years of experience in a B2B outbound telesales environment.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesTime management and organizational skillsPrior experience in the e-learning or L&D space.Prior experience working with clients in the accountancy space.The Package:A base salary up to 40k plus bonus (20k).Increased pension.Early finish on a FridayAnd more!ABR Talent are a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses, with growth engine roles such as Customer Success, Sales, Account Management and Support.
