Project Details:The West Park Student Accommodation project at the University of Exeter is a comprehensive redevelopment of land, valued at approximately £250 million. The project involves the construction of seven buildings, including: Four high-rise, high-risk buildings Two low-rise buildings One refurbishment of the existing Birks Grange building, which will be demolished and transformed into a low-rise structure This site-based role spans approximately three years on-site, plus the PCSA stage. Residential experience is essential, and prior experience with student accommodation projects is highly desirable.
