With over 20 years of operational success and continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Director to lead and elevate their commercial function.This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced aviation sales leader to join a thriving, UK-based MRO business offering services across:Base and Line MaintenanceEnd-of-Lease ServicesLivery & Paint SupportManaged Aircraft ParkingTool & Equipment LeasingAircraft Capabilities and SupportThe RoleAs Sales Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the companys commercial strategy across the UK and European markets.Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth while supporting long-term organisational goals.
