Our work results in reduced risk and harnessed opportunity where it matters most.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen Mirions personal occupational dosimetry business through existing partners and enterprise customers (hospitals, universities and industrial customers) and extend partner network in prioritised countries.The primary focus of this role will be to sell internationally, identify and manage distributors, work closely with key customers, and explore cross-selling opportunities to maximize growth potential.The role is integral to achieving our ambitious sales goals while fostering long-term client relationships.This is a remote role which includes travel and belongs to the Medical Group reporting to the Director, Global Sales DSD.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the International Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:Manage and set up regular meetings with partners (support opportunities and drive forecast).Create & deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to individual customer targets, at industry events, and business meetings.Routinely document actions, update and maintain appropriate customer information.Takes part in planning meetings to ensure organisational alignment and execution of identified forecast.Find, Manage and Direct regional sales partners to other parts of the country where the needs exist.Contact existing enterprise customers periodically to increase retention.Attend major and regional trade shows as agreed to by management.Manage existing partners (in the assigned territory) to support active promotion of key products and motivate sales to targeted quotas.Develop strategic business relationships with new high-potential partners in the territory to grow our distributor network.Support the Mirion Medical strategic dosimetry sales initiatives to ensure successful immediate and long-term strategic business goals.Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Comply with all company policies and protocols.The PersonThe key skills and qualities of the International Sales Manager are:EssentialPrior Sales experience with a strong desire to sell.Excellent communication skills.Can effectively interact with all levels of internal and customer organisations.Demonstrated ability for working independently and working from remote office settings.Strong professional interest in the healthcare industry.Excellent organisational skillsExperience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.Experience working as a team member and informing forecasting activities.Travel required 40%Fluent English speaker and writer (additional languages is of an advantage)PreferredKnowledge of the personal dosimetry marketSales of service programProficiency in PC software applications (MS Office, Sales Force, HubSpot, TEAMS, SharePoint).Knowledge of basic radiation worker protection standards.OfferOur employees make the difference.
