Youll be reporting directly to our super dynamic CEO and playing a key role in building Synergised from the ground up alongside a committed team.What Youll Be Doing Selling Supplements Direct-to-Consumer Convert inbound leads into supplement sales via calls, emails, and DMs. Proactively reach out to potential customers and build relationships. Educate customers on the benefits of functional medicine and our supplement range. Securing Retail Partnerships Identify and pitch wellness clinics, juice bars, and health stores to stock Synergised supplements. Build relationships with decision-makers and secure bulk orders. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and reorders to maximise retail sales growth. Driving Revenue & Performance Maintain and track a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales growth. Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and outreach. Meet clear monthly sales KPIs (to be discussed in interviews).Who Were Looking For Proven sales experience (preferably in wellness, supplements, or high-ticket products). Confident & persuasive communicator who knows how to close deals. Results-driven & proactive someone who takes initiative and delivers. Strong negotiation skills comfortable pitching to both individuals and businesses. Highly organised able to track leads, follow up effectively, and manage pipelines. Passionate about health & wellness knowledge of supplements or functional medicine is a plus. Minimum Requirements for the Role Must be based in the UK This role requires knowledge of the UK market and business hours. Experience in Sales Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement industry. Proven Track Record Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales targets and close deals successfully. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to build relationships, pitch effectively, and convert leads into customers. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven Must be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth. Retail or B2B Sales Experience (Preferred) Prior experience securing wholesale/retail partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with Supplements & Wellness (Preferred) A passion for functional medicine, supplements, or holistic health is beneficial. Tech-Savvy & Organised Comfortable using email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools for lead tracking and sales management. Fluent in English Strong written and verbal communication skills.Compensation & Growth Potential Base Salary + Commission Base Salary: 1,500 - 2,000/month (depending on experience).
