Job Description

Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships to Banking and Insurance clients. Other duties will be assigned by management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas through acquisition of new logos with a focus on Consumer Banks and Insurance companiesBuild a pipeline of future business.Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.5 years of new logo acquisition experience in Consumer Banking and InsuranceExperience of selling BPO solutionsProven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, presenting and discussing solutions.Ability to think strategically.Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
