Job Title: Deputy Property Manager Location: London- N1/E5 Hours: 09:00 AM to 5PM (Inc. 1h Unpaid Break) Salary: 32-34k Per annum Contract Duration: Permanent Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Deputy Property Manager to join our Facilities Management (FM) team in East London. This role is the first point of contact for both customers and staff at a building that houses a public library, museum, and office accommodation. If you have experience in Property management , are enthusiastic about learning new skills, and thrive in a multi-tasking environment, we would love to hear from you. Job responsabilities: Assist in creating and agreeing annual Service Charge budgets with the client. Develop reserve fund plan (based on cyclical maintenance plan). Assist the Property Manager to ensure annual Service Charge accounts are created, approved by client and issued to leaseholders. Ensure that Service Charges are issued and collected (in accordance with the lease) and recovery action is initiated when appropriate. Monitor payment of contractors and ensure invoices are processed promptly. Experience/Skills: Attention to details Stong people management skills Health and safety legislation Property management qualification ( e.g. IRPM) Contract Mangement experience. Office 365 especially MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
