Youll be based at our Concrete Products Head Office in Hulland Ward, Derbyshire - the largest concrete products factory in the UK. If you want to develop new skills in PLC's, robotics and large-scale machinery then our large engineering team can help to support your growth into a pivotal member of our engineering function. Youll play a vital part in keeping our high-volume operations running smoothly by tackling a mix of reactive and planned maintenance across the varied equipment onsite. Youll be joining a collaborative large engineering team, where we welcome new ideas and initiatives to make the site a more efficient and safer environment. So youll have real opportunities to get involved and lead of projects and upgrades around the site. Your week will look like this: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:1515:00 Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 14:4500:30 Who you are You have experience in an industrial or engineering environmentthis could be from manufacturing, maintenance, or even a military background You're electrically certified and confident working with electrical systems Youre eager to keep learningespecially around PLCs, robotics and modern engineering practices You take pride in solving problems and getting things back up and running Youre safety-conscious, detail-focused, and enjoy working as part of a supportive, hands-on team We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
