Vehicle Service Advisor Bracknell 30,000 Base Excellent Benefits & Quarterly & Annual Bonus Monday Friday 8:00am 5.30pm x1 Saturday Morning (8am - Midday) every 5 weeks Our client is a market leader within the vehicle repair industry. Due to consistent growth, we are looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive individual to join the team as a Service Advisor within the high-level repair centre in Bracknell. The successful candidate would need to have excellent Customer Services experience, be friendly and bubbly with a good energy. You''ll need a good sense of humour, be adaptable and flexible and always have customer service at the forefront of everything you do. The team are very close knit, friendly and fun. It''s a great place to work, with the Bracknell branch in particular excelling. They''re reaching into new territory of growth not seen before, hitting new benchmarks and now aiming to go to achieve even higher levels. The role will involve frequent contact with customers and the successful individual will be responsible for updating customers throughout the repair process. Youll also provide a courtesy call service 24 hours after the customer collects their vehicle to ensure they are happy with the service and work carried out on the vehicle. Key Skills Required Ideally a background within automotive, whether it be body repair, vehicle leasing or vehicle showroom/dealership. Customer service experience with the passion to provide a positive customer experience. Confident, bubbly and outgoing personality. Experience with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word and Outlook experience. Strong attention to detail. Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions. A positive and proactive mindset and a flexible, hands-on approach to working in a team. Automotive experience would be advantageous. An ability to understand the full Customer Service Journey
