The team is made up, solely of newly qualified social workers (ASYE), along with the support and guidance of an Advanced Practitioner, with the aim to ensure an excellent first year in practice. You will be responsible for the continued centre of excellence, whereby social workers use the Family Safeguarding model of practice to achieve fantastic outcomes for our children.
