Working alongside theHead of Residential , you will oversee1,500 residential units , managingProperty Managers, Security, and Cleaners , while alsodeveloping, training, and recruitingthe team. This role offersautonomy and hands-on involvementin all areas ofresidential real estate management , with an additional4,000-unit pipelineto onboard and manage. Over the next 12 months, you'll play a key role instreamlining processes, implementing new SOPs, and driving operational efficiency . Ideal Candidate 4-5 years’ experienceinBuilding or Property Management(residential, commercial, or hospitality). Strong leadership skills with the ability tomanage teams and external suppliers . Able to workindependently in a fast-paced environment , using acommon-sense approach . Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:Manage and scheduleonsite teams , conduct performance reviews, arrange training, and ensure staff coverage. Building Operations:Overseecleaning, maintenance, security, and parking management , ensuring high standards are met. Health & Safety Compliance:Work with theFacilities Managerto carry outrisk assessments, maintenance reporting, and regulatory compliance . Lifts & Facilities Oversight:Ensurelifts and essential building servicesare maintained and fully operational. Process Improvement:Helpreview, update, and implement SOPsto improve efficiency and service delivery. Tenant Relations:Handlequeries, complaints, and disputes , ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Arrears & Legal Evictions:Managerent arrears, liaise with tenants on payment plans , and oversee thelegal eviction processwhen required. New Developments:Assist inonboarding and launching new properties , ensuring a smooth transition into management.
