Electrical Maintenance Engineer Oxford 43,000 - 45,000Our client are offering a fantastic opportunity for an electrical engineer to join there team on a renowned contract based in Oxford. This will give an electrical engineer the chance to find a role outside of London and save the hassle of coming into London. This role will give the electrical engineer the opportunity to gain more experience within maintenance by providing further training and potential internal progression.This role follows a Monday - Friday pattern on a state of the art commercial property, undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems alongside any remedial works and emergencies on site. This is a fantastic role for an experienced maintenance engineer with outstanding knowledge on mechanical and electrical systems.Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Requirements: Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems At least 5 years experience prior within commercial maintenance Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Salary and Benefits: 43,000 - 45,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays Annual bonus Annual salary uplift Additional training JBRP1_UKTJ
