The company focuses on building long-term working relationships and understanding shared goals to deliver the best talent in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid role for an offshore instillation manager within the wind energy sectorto oversee the regulatory compliance of offshore wind projects.This is a hybrid role with home working available.Key Tasks & Deliverables: Managing sub scopes of the Foundation T&I installation, incl. technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment Ensure quality and safety compliance of T&I contractor's documentation. Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance including sourcing of MWS. Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, technical, quality and safety aspects of the T&I execution and project impact are managed. Ensure all loadout, transport and installation tasks are performed to client acceptable standards partially by own physical attendance. Capture and communicate lessons learned. Feed input to R&D, O&M and other internal stakeholders.Requirements: Possess strong project management capabilities with a structured, service-minded, and flexible approach to the assigned scope are a great team player, self-starting, highly motivated, and show willingness to travel 3+ years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation T&I in offshore wind Should have experience working on European projects Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required Has GWO and HUET certificates Hybrid working, travel to Denmark, Poland, Holland as required12 month contract.
