If you're excited about joining us and think you have some of what we are looking for, even if you're not 100% sure, we would love to hear from you.Role overview The Home Claims Building Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of a network of contractors and service providers delivering home repairs for home claims customers.You'll be responsible for the efficiency, quality, and compliance of repair operations while driving improvements in contractor performance, cost management, ensuring great customer outcomes. You'll need experience in personal lines property claims, building repairs, and supplier oversight, capable of optimising processes and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the effectiveness and quality of our Home Claims Repair Network Identifying, recruiting and onboarding high performing contractors and service providers to ensure a reliable and scalable network Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, financial reports and negotiating contract terms and pricing structures to optimise costs whilst maintaining service excellence - alongside tracking repair costs and repair efficiencies to identify cost saving opportunities Overseeing the allocation and management of capacity, ensuring all repair outcomes meet the strategy objectives and customer service expectations Utilising data and analytics to drive process improvements, reducing cycle times and enhancing the overall claims experience Monitoring repair timelines, contractor performance and workflow efficiency - proactively addressing any bottlenecks - and establishing and enforcing rigorous quality control measures Essential skills we would love you to have: Proven track record in managing contractor networks, supplier negotiations and claims repair operations Experience in home claims, property restoration or construction management at a senior level, combined with a background in leading teams and driving operational efficiencies within a structured environment Outstanding written and verbal communication - someone who is able to build strong relations with internal colleagues, external suppliers, customers and senior stakeholders alike The interview processOur interview process involves the below: Recruiter screening call 1st stage interview with hiring leader (Microsoft Teams) 2nd interview with Senior Management (Microsoft Teams) As a Disability Confident employer, we're committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fully inclusive - what this means to you is if you're applying for a job with us, you'll have fair access to support and adjustments throughout your recruitment journey.
