Electrical & mechanical maintenance experience (FMCG preferred)? NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential)? HNC in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, but not a deal-breaker)? Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skillswhen something breaks, you know how to fix it? Experience with installations & commissioningnot just repairs?
