Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Residential Conveyancing & Compliance Officer to join their team. Please find below further details with regards to the role.ROLE: Residential Conveyancing & Compliance Officer LOCATION: LondonRATE: 25.00 to 30.00 per hour LTD (DOE and interview performance)CONTRACT: 6 months, 36 hours per weekPlease note that this would require office attendance 2 days per week.The RoleTo work in a team delivering of homeowner policies ranging from ad hoc sales of land to permissions for alterationsEnsuring that homeowners are compliant with lease and freehold transfer requirements.Provides operational support for the delivery of the Councils policies relating to specific types of disposal and acquisition of council homes.
