Due to an internal move, they need someone who can handle electrical, mechanical, and automation tasks, ensuring our site operates smoothly and efficiently. ?? Whats on Offer? ? 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) no endless night shifts ? A nnual bonus (company performance-based) ? Career progression & investment in training ? The Role: Provide reactive & planned maintenance to keep production running Fault-find & fix electrical, mechanical & pneumatic issues Identify & implement cost-effective equipment improvements Work with automation & control systems to enhance efficiency Complete preventative & corrective maintenance tasks ?? What You Need: ? Recognised apprenticeship / NVQ / City & Guilds (electrical preferred) ? Strong electrical & mechanical skills (fault finding, remediation, diagnosis) ?
