This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of theirEPOS and CRM systems , drive digital innovation, and make a real impact at a local Charity organisation in Hampshire.You'll be the go-to person for all things systems-streamlining processes, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure their technology supports everything they do.What you'll do: Lead and optimise our EPOS and CRM systems Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Work with internal teams and external providers Deliver training and support for staff Use data to drive smart business decisionsWhat you'll bring: Proven experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of EPOS/CRM systems (ideally in retail or customer-facing environments) Experience in managing vendor relationships Great project and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solution-focused mindset Full driving licence and access to a carBonus if you have: Experience withSpektrix ,Artifax , orLightspeed Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP)Looking to join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and community.
