What you need Diploma; bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering / science discipline; A substantial track record of business development experience; Commercial awareness of the marine and maritime equipment sector and a strong aptitude for business development; Experience and evidence of project management including directing projects with cross-functional teams; Proven ability to hit targets and generate leads; Full UK citizenship and full UK driving license It'd be amazing, but not essential if you had experience of operating in international markets also. With their equipment being of a specialist nature, the role would suit someone with an engineering or scientific background with extensive experience of leading and managing a dedicated team within the agreed FY budget.
