As our Business Administration Apprentice you willassist the Executive Assistant in the administrative support of the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring smooth running of calendars, administration functions and on-going projects. Whilst completing a Level 3 business Administration apprenticeship. What youll be doing Assist the MD KINEs EA / Line manager with managing ad hoc projects. Re-organise & manage post-room and organise post. Re-organise and manage stationary room, including ensuring adequate stock levels. General office support (ensuring adequate stock of cleaning supplies / catering supplies) Assist with the planning and preparation of internal / external meetings. Assist with facilities management within Head Office including the coordination of refurbishments and renovation projects. Assist with management of internal meeting rooms (Boardroom / Discovery / Glass) Processing of expenses for members of the SLT / Executive Assistant Conducting any research line manager / SLT require. Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements (flights / transportation / hotels / restaurants) Assist with the coordination of company events. Be an active member of the H&S committee.
