Key Skills & Experience Ability to undertake commercial maintenance, associated pipefitting and plumbing Understanding and ability to work on commercial plant items such as pumps, pressurisation units, Valves, FCU's, Water Heaters and water tanks (higher bore) Able to undertake Preventative maintenance by performing regular inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems. 10 Years minimum of plumbing / Mechanical experience within a commercial setting. Basic knowledge of BMS systems (desirable) Good knowledge of building and water regulations Compliance with codes and ensuring installations adhere to regulations.
