Full job description Solicitor / Conveyancer We are currently looking for a skilled Property Solicitor to become part of our dedicated and long-standing Conveyancing team based in Portsmouth. Solicitor / Conveyancer Details: Monday - Friday Salary 45,000 - 55,000 + Bonus Company Pension 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays Great working atmosphere Employee discounts and financial / legal planning 'support Progression / training routes Solicitor / Conveyancer Responsibilities: Handling a varied caseload of property transactions, including both Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and other associated matters. Advising clients on all elements of residential conveyancing and property law. Preparing legal documentation such as contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements. Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient progress of files. Solicitor / Conveyancer Requirements: Must be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. Strong grasp of residential conveyancing law, with hands-on experience handling various transaction types including Freehold and Leasehold matters, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines. Self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
