We are currently looking to recruit for a number of 7.5t Drivers for a temp to perm contract in Basingstoke. Role requirements of a 7.5t driver: Monday - Sunday work with a 5 on/3 off shift pattern - you will need to work some weekend shifts Starts between 6-7am Valid, in-date CPC and Tacho Card 14.50 per hour - increased to 16.25 by including holiday within the rate Newly passed drivers welcome to apply Responsibilities of a 7.5t driver: Safely operate and work as a 7.5t driver to transport goods direct to customers homes - this can include high end electricals and white goods Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance This role will involve handball Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation Working with a drivers mate For more information on this or any other roles, please call the office on 01543 506000.
