Acting as the key contact between clients and insurers to guide them through the claims process Advising clients on cover and helping review all documentation Keeping accurate records and files for each claim Liaising with sub-brokers, insurers, and agents to ensure claims are progressing Supporting recovery of uninsured losses where required Helpful extras Monday to Friday, full-time hours, 9am 5pm Based in Cheltenham hybrid working options available Permanent role Opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment Our mission of Making Recruitment Personal also means making recruitment fair.
