Join us on our mission.About the role:Core product management:Management of our Big Agent Rewards platform, including liaising with the web development team, building web pages, promotion through social media and emails, member enquiries and supplier partner relations including creating report.End-to-end responsibility, including production, promotion and presenting, of all our client Take 5 video webinar broadcasts and occasionally in-person ones.Diligent management of our Facebook Group, including moderation and managing our paid-for client partner memberships and liaising with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities.Ensuring our Homeworking Guide is updated with ad-hoc client requests and building web pages for any new ones.Marketing:Assist with the preparation of client campaign reports by ensuring activity is documented and that KPIs have been achieved.Schedule and activate website & email banners and support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including news and partner solus emails.Client liaison to ensure assets are delivered for timely campaign set up.Basic creative tasks for campaigns e.g. resizing images and adding logos.Ensure client online advertorials are correctly promotedAssistance with setting up landing ages on our website for individual projectsAbout you:A commitment to providing excellent service to our clients and understanding our audiences needs.Confident in being on camera for our Take 5 video webinar broadcastsMeticulous organisational skills and the highest level of attention to detail, proficient in managing time, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with social media platforms, in particular Facebook groups.
