Today we cover 87 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Job DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) your responsibilities will include handling new potential customers and working cross-functionally to provide tools and mechanisms to address sales enablement gaps. A high performing ISR works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the Field Sales team. Typical responsibilities will include:Identifying new business opportunities for the Field Sales team, and developing strategies to expand the customer base (prospecting, outbound lead generation, etc.) Handling technical inbound sales demands and new leads in a timely and professional manner. Follow-up all high qualified leads. Regularly spending time with the field sales team to understand challenges and prepare sales enablement and support deliverables to meet their needs (supplier documents, quotes, pitch material, etc.).Providing the best support and communication for our customers (respond to questions, concerns, and feedback in a positive, concise, and empathetic manner, escalating internally when appropriate).In close collaboration with the Regional Sales Director and the marketing team, actively reviewing and evaluating the company resources to develop and execute customer communication plans. Ensuring the CRM (Salesforce) and all admin is kept up to date. What do you need?Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or strong technical background in electronics. Experience in pre-sales and/or after-sales support for technical products, will be an asset.We would still like to hear from you if you have other relevant qualifications and the required aptitude.Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly, concisely and thoughtfully.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Ability to thrive in an at-home work environment and can manage your time accordingly.Native or Professional English. UK work permit.UK driving license.
