What youll be doing:As the AI Project Coordinator, youll help drive pioneering work around AI in clinical settings. Youll lead on key aspects of project coordinationresearching new tech, tracking progress, coordinating with NHS organisations and tech providers, and providing first-class support to internal and external stakeholders.Your role will be a mixture of strategic coordination and hands-on admin excellence, from compiling reports and organising stakeholder events, to drafting policy responses and maintaining up-to-date records of AI tools being deployed in hospitals. Youll need to bring:Strong project coordination and administrative experienceExcellent stakeholder engagement skills (internal & external)High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)A genuine interest in AI and its impact on healthcarePrecision with numerical and non-numerical dataThe ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks independentlyConfidence in researching and summarising complex topics Bonus points if you have:Experience working in clinical services or with healthcare technologiesFamiliarity with policy consultation processes or event coordination
