eCommerce Fulfilment SupervisorLeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Fulfilment Supervisor looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company. As eCommerce Fulfilment Supervisor you will be required to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced eCommerce Fulfilment centre. This role will focus heavily on SLAs, Customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be required to lead a motivate a team, manage processes and ensure that daily picking, packing and distribution are executed seamlessly and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Support:Lead, motivate, and support a team of 15 sales order pickers and packers with this increasing up to 45 during the peak Christmas periodPlan staff schedules and manage workload to meet SLAs and peak period demands.Foster a collaborative environment and maintain a positive team morale.Handle staff grievances and provide guidance to resolve conflicts.Process Management and Efficiency:Manage the daily picking and packing process, ensuring accuracy and speed.Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.Focus on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.System and Reporting:Ensure all daily reports (including hours used, end-of-day output, and performance targets) are submitted accurately and timely.Maintain an excellent understanding of all fulfilment systems and tools to optimise productivity.Utilise strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance metrics.Target and SLA Management:Set daily and weekly targets for the fulfilment team and ensure they are consistently met.Manage the teams performance against KPIs, ensuring SLAs are met without compromising quality. These include Time to Pick, Time to Pack, Day in Progress, Sales Order ErrorsIdentify challenges early and address them head-on to minimise impact on fulfilment timelines.Peak Period Management:Assist in managing the fulfilment process during peak e-commerce periods, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and SLAs are not compromised.Support the team in navigating higher volumes and maintain productivity during challenging periods.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment.Continuous Improvement:Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and drive cost savings.Stay up to date on industry best practices and suggest innovative solutions to challenges.Suitable applicants will display the following skills and experience:Proven experience in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfilment or warehouse environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop teams.Excellent understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes, including multi-level pick faces, FIFO, and system management.Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Target-driven with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience with daily reporting, process improvement, and team management.Ability to handle and resolve team conflicts and grievances professionally.Strong team player with the ability to lead by example.Customer-focused with a commitment to maintaining high service levels.Ability to identify and address operational challenges efficiently.Willingness to assist in peak periods and go above and beyond to meet the teams objectivesAbout usLeMieuxs committed global trade and distribution network, vibrant customer and rider community, unrivalled technical expertise and specialist colour flair have made our rapid growth possible.
