Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesCarrying out diagnosis and undertaking servicing and repair work on customer vehicles.Liaising on work with Service Advisors and customers.Work as part of a team and assist other technicians to help deliver excellent customer service.Ensuring effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient and safe working.Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained.Accurately completing relevant service documentation, as well as any other appropriate activities as specified.What where looking forA individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.Excellent problem-solving abilitiesExperience must have either Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT or SKODA brand are preferable or have had experience working as a Diagnostic or Master Technician.Full and valid UK driving licence.NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant vehicle maintenance subject.Strong technical skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team environmentCustomer service-oriented mindset
