You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be working with a friendly and welcoming team.Duties and Responsibilities: Provide finance support for timely weekly / monthly reporting. Process invoices reconcile delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders, in line with best practice processes. Ensure all purchases are fully and accurately recorded within the company's accounting system, including the proper allocation of supplier codes, nominal codes, and cost centres. Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures. This includes verifying refund eligibility, generating refund documentation, and updating customer accounts within the accounting system. Provide regular reports to managers of departments.
