Our benefits package includes:A generous base salary of between 30K and 35K dependant on experienceAdditional performance related bonuses5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeCompany benefit schemeWhat will you do?The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and legal support to our clients, whilst working with our team of employment Solicitors to case manage our settlement agreement cases.This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced business where high volumes of interaction with clients and stakeholders are required, each one requiring appropriate focus and attention to deliver positive outcome and ensure that deadlines are met. You're be dealing with clients that are losing their jobs either due to redundancy or a dispute with their employer. You'll be holding their hand through this difficult and stressful time so that they feel cared for, supported and so that we can be a bad situation the best it can be for them. You can make the difference between a client leaving their job feeling optimistic about the future, rather than defeated. This is a 100% remote role where you will be working from home. All equipment will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team that is connected through our phone, messaging and video call systems, so although you are working alone, you will very much feel part of an amazing team of colleagues during the work day. We can also support flexible working hours. So if you need to start a little later or do the school run, no problem.
