Do you want to join Wynnstay, a leading UK agricultural supplies business which prides itself on the progression and development of its people?The Opportunity:Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Supporting the Senior Designer in basic layout, editing and design tasks, using approved templates and following brand guidelinesProof reading and checking of contentSupporting the Content & Social Media Manager in the production or editing of images and clips for posts, blogs and emailsPreparing print ready files and assisting the senior designer in deliveringMaintaining and developing the company photo libraryAssisting in the design and production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, and presentationsCreating engaging visual content that aligns with the companys branding guidelinesWorking on website and digital assets, including banners, icons, and UI elementsEditing and retouching images for various projectsSupporting the development of branding materials, logos, and style guidesCollaborating with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm creative conceptsEnsuring all designs are optimized for web and printThe Person:The successful candidate:A keen interest in Graphic Design and Digital MarketingA talent for creativity and problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detailGood knowledge of design software and techniques, and graphics editing softwareAble to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksAble to work well within a teamExcellent literacy and communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in Graphic Design (beneficial but not essential) Proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally within Graphic DesignIn addition to a competitive salary you will receive:Profit related annual bonusEmployee discount at Wynnstay Stores33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidaysEmployee Assistance Programmes WeCare/MyStrength/ToothfairySave As You Earn schemesFree on-site parkingThis is a great opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual wanting to develop a career within a fast paced expanding Company thats keeping pace in our ever changing world.
