I am partnering with a well know Pharmaceutical client based just outside of London who are looking for a newly created Market access Manager to work within their highly successful Oncology team . We are looking for a experienced Market access manager who ha a solid background within Oncology and is happy with a role that is 50% field base working with customers , this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a role and company that will offer the opportunity to build a team and be part of exciting projects . The role is offered on a 1 year fixed term contract with a strong possibility of this being extended , Hybrid working and a excellent culture and environment . Highlights below:Market Access Manager Oncology (with strong in-field component (50% of time is expected to be in field with customers)Must have oncology therapy area experience Must have field market access experience We currently do not have a dedicated oncology market access team and this person has the chance to come in and build this upWorking alongside the internal cross functional team (sales reps and medical reps) and external relevant stakeholders across the NHS business and clinical stakeholders to optimize services and pathways Understating of HTA within the pharmaceutical industry and planning for digital therapeutic technologiesExperience in pre-launch and launch market access planningUnderstanding of product life cycle from pre-launch to loss of exclusivity4-5+ years pharmaceutical experience in market access (could include consultancies), office and/or field rolesExperience in evolution of existing materials and creation of new materials, programmes and resources for aligned to identified customer needs for national use to support the field-based market access teamExcellent project management skills.Strong management of external agenciesProven track record of delivering high quality outputs on timeExcellent team player and communicatorVery familiar with the ABPI Code of PracticeEffective and influential written and verbal communication skills Desired Technical Skills & ExperiencePrevious CNS and oncology experience strongly desiredExperience in digital therapeutics and complexities of bringing such to the NHS desiredTrack record of creating and implementing successful market access strategies and tactics Understanding of the complexities of the tender landscape in the UK and Ireland desiredExperience of working in an allianceUnderstanding of the principles of the HTA systems in the UK and IrelandBusiness case developmentEducation/QualificationsScience/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essentialContinued professional developmentClean driving licenceRight to work in the UK
