Role overview The Marketing & Events Executive role offers an exciting opportunity in client engagement. This position involves organising and attending client events to ensure they run seamlessly, managing CRM and client information, and crafting and sending out invitations for events/customer engagements. The role may require providing reception cover to ensure the office runs smoothly when needed. This occasional task may involve greeting visitors at the office door, adding a personal touch to the welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and instigate an annual programme of marketing events in conjunction with local partners. Attend events to ensure they run smoothly. Administer invitation, acceptance and confirmation processes both internally and externally. Research, book venues and support services, maintaining liaison as required. Coordinate and monitor e-brief communications and local PR as necessary. Process invoices and maintain the budget, negotiating terms when required. Monitor and maintain the CRM (MS Dynamics) system, preparing client invitation analysis. Coordinate relevant networking groups and other networking opportunities. Attend external marketing and host networking events. Book partner and director client team lunches, presentations, and networking events. Actively identify potential work referrers. Research and recommend sales processes and business development ideas to partners. Prepare PowerPoint presentations to company standards as required. Maintain the marketing filing system. Maintain social media platforms as necessary, including planning and implementing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including content creation, email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), and online advertising. Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, generating reports to optimise campaigns and inform future strategies. Research and provide promotional goods and other support materials to brand standards. Use Outlook to centralise and coordinate diaries.QualificationsEducated to Degree level and/or Marketing qualification preferable.Proven experience in Marketing and Events ManagementAdvanced IT and social media skillsExperience using MS Dynamics as a CRMStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent writing and e-brief skills
