Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential real estate investments.Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with senior investment professionals to assess risks and returns on potential acquisitions.Support the ongoing management of existing portfolio assets through financial performance analysis.Stay informed of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments. Applicants should be a recent graduate in quantitative/STEM discipline with strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills.
