Our Sevenoaks facility is a hub of activity, and were looking for an experiencedProduction Line Leaderto help manage and motivate our team to meet production targets efficiently.Benefits:Profit SharingMatched 5.5% pension contributionChristmas to New Year closurePrivate GP service for you and your immediate family (available 365 days/year)Free, confidential support for financial, legal, and mental health concernsBereavement counselling and probate supportLife insurance28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Cycle-to-work schemeFree parkingShift & Pay:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMDay shift: 14-15 per hourPay increases with experienceKey Responsibilities:Ensure all team members follow Jardoxs health and safety protocols.Maintain food safety standards, guaranteeing that all products are of the highest quality and safe for consumption.Plan and organise staffing levels to meet daily production targets.Manage raw material and packaging orders, ensuring timely availability for production use.Train the team to recognise and achieve high-quality output.Keep all production records and Critical Control Points (CCPs) accurate and up to date, including start-up checks, weight checks, label and line clearance checks.Work closely with your Line Manager and the Quality Team to ensure all procedures are followed correctly and work is done right the first time.Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness of the production area, ensuring equipment and pallets are cleaned using proper tools and protocols.Lead your team to meet production plan targets and drive continuous improvement.Use company systems to measure area performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments to equipment based on engineer fixes.Minimise packaging and material waste, ensuring proper recording and reporting of losses.Key behaviours:Leadership and team building skills.Financial awareness with a desire to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Proactive approach to raising service levels.Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibilityExcellent organisational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate at all levels, professionally and discreetlySetting the right example for your team to followWhat Were Looking For:We are seeking candidates with experience in food production, ideally in a supervisory role.
