And were always on the lookout for skilled and motivated individuals to become part of the Gray Dawes family.Our people are at the heart of our business and were recruiting for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Out of Hours team working on a remote basis. Were ideally looking for the successful candidate to work 30 hours per week, working every other weekend (10 hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday plus 1 hour unpaid lunch) and 2 x evening shifts per week (5 hours shifts, 6pm - 11pm) and on the week when not working the weekend to work 5 x evening shifts per week (6 hours shift 6pm - midnight). This is an exciting time to join us as were rapidly expanding our global operations.What Youll DoProviding high levels of customer service youll;Handle enquiries and reservations ensuring that they are responded to professionally, arranging and confirming bookings and building travellers profiles to make sure that their needs are metCarry out research for our clients to make sure they get the best dealProcess Travel tickets, reissues and documentationOffer advice and guidance on available options to our clients for each itinerary including advice on visas, passport requirements and vaccinationsHandle refunds and cancellationsHelp to train and support new staff as they join the teamWhat were looking forYoull be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travelIdeally, youll have experience using Travelport & SabreYoull have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detailYoull have BA1 or equivalentWhat We Can OfferOur people are our heartbeats, driving everything that we do.
