Role Title: SuccessFactors Recruitment ConsultantDuration: contract to run until 26/12/2025Location: RemoteRate: up to 661.50 p/d Umbrella inside IR35Clearance: UK or Dual Nationals onlyKey Skills/ requirementsCertification in SuccessFactors RecruitingExperience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions - and supporting technologies in large - complex organizations.Strong, hands on skills in SuccessFactors Recruitment. Knowledge and experience of related integrations.Configuration experience of both Recruitment Management and Recruitment MarketingAbility to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a clients organisation.Clear, compelling and effective engagement skills are critical.Ability to plan and run client workshops.Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologiesAbility to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely. UK travel and limited overseas travel will be required.Experience of global deployments / experience of solution delivery across multiple geographiesEnsure quality delivery of SuccessFactors solutionsAll profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
