Role: Hire Manager Salary: Up to 37,000 PA Location: Swindon Job Summary: Our Client relies on Hire Managers to manage and continuously develop a safe, successful and budget achieving hire business working within the company policy and procedures. Working in one of the depots you'll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done. Key Responsibilities:Achieve Hire Budget and ongoing Hire KPI improvementPromote the Hire and Sales business whilst building customer relationships by both internal and external sellingEnsure all Hire related health and safety issues adhered toEnsure the Hire transport operation, distribution and safety issues are operated within legal and company guidelinesComplete other branch duties as part of the branch management teamComplete company reports, audits and stock takes as requiredEnsure Hire Fleet is maintained to the company standards The successful candidate will have: Experience as a Hire Manager or a similar role in the Hire industryWould also consider Assistant Hire Managers and Senior Hire Controllers from a branch environment.
