About this roleA leading, UK based healthcare software company seeks a Customer Success Manager and operations expert to join their team. This position is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of external accounts and ensuring that both our partners and internal teams achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a structured, analytical approach to account prioritization and be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-variance, high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrioritize across a range of partner accounts, balancing competing needs with limited resourcesMake tradeoffs between activations and upsells based on partner potential and business impactSegment and tier accounts based on metrics such as annual contract value (ACV), referral potential, and customer-dependent effort (CDE)Develop scalable systems and processes that improve partner throughput and operational efficiencyBalance consistency with high-leverage, strategic contributions to drive long-term partner valueAct as a strategic advisor to partners while maintaining executional rigor at a detailed levelCollaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, and operations teams to align partner engagement with company goalsThis role is 100% remote but candidates need to reside in the UK or Ireland. The salary range is 80k - 110k annually.
