Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering high-quality project coordination? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients sales strategy and managing customer projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where youll work cross-functionally across technical, sales, and operational teams. The role is broad and varied but you shall be involved in a range of duties, including;Coordinate all aspects of customer projects from enquiry to quote, order, and delivery.Provide technical guidance and advice on the clients high-quality product range.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within your region.Ensure timely and accurate quote generation, bid follow-up, and CRM updates.Support project budgeting, margin management, and procurement of materials/services.Liaise closely with internal departments including logistics, service, and international sales teams.Represent the company at trade shows, showroom visits, and exhibitions occasionally.Drive customer approval for production, ensuring compliance with regulations and commercial objectives.Identify and develop key customer accounts while staying up to date with industry standards and competitor offerings.We are looking for someone with;Experience in a similar customer-focused, technical sales or project coordination role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Commercially minded with an understanding of margins, pricing, and budgets.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Knowledge of construction, glazing, or building materials is a plus.Youll be part of a forward-thinking team, working with a recognised brand and products known for quality, performance, and sustainability.
