Were at the forefront of a regenerative farming revolution, and were here to shake things up!About the Role:As our Office Assistant, youll be an integral part of the team, supporting our mission to revolutionise food and farming. Your duties will include:Visitor & Employee Experience: Be the first point of contact, ensuring visitors and employees feel welcomed and supported.Administration Support: Help maintain records, manage onboarding/offboarding, and assist teams with administrative tasks such as monitoring various inboxes and answering the phone.Office & Kitchen Management: Oversee the kitchen, ensuring its stocked and tidy with a welcoming atmosphere.Supplier & Delivery Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries.Tech & Equipment Support: Assist with tech issues and coordinate office equipment maintenance.Event & Meeting Coordination: Help organise internal meetings, socials, and town halls.Culture & Wellbeing: Collaborate with the People team to promote activities that help our team thrive.About You:Were looking for someone whos driven, positive, and eager to make change happen.
